I just got a book on Amazon.com called Usable Justice. It's about a Colville rez guy and it's pretty good. I found it at this web site: http://outskirtspress.com/usable_justice Guy Tonasket is the main character and it follows his life through prison and how his life changes when Native Americans take the rezervations as States. Pretty cool stuff.
Looks like a must read. I'll look for it my next trip to Aunties Bookstore.
