Still waiting for my house to be finished. Advice: Don't get a HUD 184 Loan unless your contractor has the cash flow to fund the construction himself on a reimbursement basis. It's not worth the headache or time, and it costs more in the end. Everyone loses. I'm not a fan of HUD 184. Booo.
